Chronic angina suffers could be afflicted by more than just indigestion, sour stomach or acid reflux. The chronic heartburn might be caused by Helicobacter pylori, ( H. Pylori, for short ). In layman’s terms, you might be going through a stomach infection.
Angina is a term that we use to explain a selection of conditions that cause us pain in the higher part of our intestinal tract. As the conditions change, so do the symptoms change from individual to individual. Each one of us have experienced angina from time to time, sometimes something we eat just doesn’t agree with us, so we take two antacids like Tums or Maalox and all is well. Tums, Maalox or any other over the counter antacids can not make all well if the reason behind our heartburn is a stomach infection brought on by Helicobacter pylori.
Even if we begin experiencing heartburn more often, to the point of the heartburn becoming a prolonged problem, we are still inclined to take OTC antacids rather than looking for medical advice. If the persistent heartburn is caused by Helicobacter pylori, over-the-counter antacids will only partially relieve the unhappy angina, and do zilch to cure the root problem, the Heliobacter pylori bacteria growing inside your intestinal tract, causing a stomach infection.
Helicobacter pylori is a bacterium that settles into your gut lining and higher abdominal tract. As the H. Pylori bacteria slowly and gradually spreads, it creates inflammation, making the upper abdominal tract more susceptible to the ordinary acid that your body produces to help in digestion. Over time, this permits the acid to annoy the stomach lining which causes the persistent angina, and in some instances, also causes stomach ulcers.
Helicobacter pylori infection is usually caused by foods or drink which have been contaminated with the bacteria, it is also spread from individual to individual. H. Pylori is a typical infection and the probabilities of contracting it increase with age.
That is the bad news about Helicobacter pylori and the possible reason for chronic heartburn. The good news is that Helicobacter pylori contagions can be treated effectively with the right antibiotic program.

I have to admit, I am excited about this new program from Joel Marion, because so few diet and weight loss programs really deliver. In fact, I, like so many other people, have spent a heap of money purchasing different plans and programs, only to end up disappointed by a rubbish product. Honestly, some of the programs I bought were laughable.
Joel actually knows what he’s talking about, and the research behind the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is sound. The great thing is, the plan actually makes sense! When you read it you get all those “ah-ha!” moments where you realize you’ve just learned something really amazing, AND you know it’s going to work. Why? Not just because some guy says it will work, but because it’s so logical.

There are several facets to Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet that it’s important to know about. Firstly, the results most people have got from this program are surprising to say the least. Most people struggle with fat loss, especially if they only have “the last 10 pounds” to lose! However, with this new diet people are achieving amazing results within 25 days which is the duration of the diet. Naturally, if you’ve got 50 pounds to lose it’s not going to come off in 25 days! However, if you’re looking to lose a few pounds, or just get “cut” this is the perfect plan.
The diet uses a unique food plan as well as a workout routine that covers various fitness approaches. The basis of these exercises and the food is explained in rigorous scientific detail (which so many “miracle” diets fail to do). In the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet program there are 5 x 5 day cycles which make up the full 25 days.
The days include: the cheat day, where you can eat pretty much what you like (however follow guidelines!) this includes previous diet no-nos such as pizza and ice cream (YUM). What this day is it boosts your leptin levels. Leptin is an important hormone in the fat loss cycle. When leptin is high, fat is burned, when it’s low fat is stored. Just a few days of low calories cause leptin to drop substantially, but just a single day of increased food consumption sends leptin right back up again!
This day also involves density style workouts which help to protect lean muscle while still burning fat (there’s no point in dieting if you’re going to lose fat AND muscle… it’s incredibly important to keep as much muscle as possible while losing fat).
The Shake Day is a strength training day. On the shake day, guess what you eat all day? Yup, you guessed it: shakes (not just any shakes though
) This day is basically a low calorie day, and the strength training on this day helps again to maintain lean muscle mass.
The Fast Day is one that’s undertaken when the leptin levels are at their highest (from the cheat day), which means the body is in the IDEAL position to burn calories extra fast. This day has a very low calorie consumption (it isn’t a complete fast) which makes use of the high leptin in the body. Lactic acid workouts also help really burn those calories fast. Because you’ve eaten food on your cheat day, you’ve still got plenty of energy to exercise!
The Moderate Carb day provides a day where you get 40% calories from carbs, 30% from fats, and the rest from protein. This day has fairly high calories, but not as high as the cheat day. You’ve got plenty of energy for dynamic training, which is an exercise routine that again helps blast that stubborn fat right off.
This is followed by a high protein day with more lactic acid training. This day helps deplete the body of energy, making room for another cheat day. The lactic acid training again is used to really burn off the fat hard.
So, what does this all mean? It means that you’re following a systematic program for fast fat loss. The 25 day cycle is one off, but can be repeated after an “off” phase where you go back to a more moderate eating routine. This is particularly useful for people who have a lot of stubborn fat to lose! Check out the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet launch site now and get your name down for the early bird special!
