My Personal Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Update

Okay, time for an update on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet! It’s been awhile since I bought and started using this program, and I have to say WOW! I knew it was good, from the amazing research that went into it (and it all made a lot of sense) but I was really struggling to lose weight before using it. I did NOT expect to get brilliant results, by any means. I thought if I maybe lost 10lbs in the 25 days I’d be rapt.

Well, I believe I lost 15lbs in the first 25 days, and I’ve lost another 10lbs since then! I am soooo close to my ideal weight that it’s just not funny ;) Now, it’s been quite a number of years since I’ve been at my ideal weight. I’m in my late 30s and have three kids, and really haven’t been in shape since my early 20s. Even then, if I’m honest, I wasn’t in amazing shape, I just wasn’t overweight.
